In celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, childcare training provider Parenta is demonstrating a clear commitment to the training of young people with their apprenticeship training programmes which will be on display at the Kent Choices 4U Live event, 13th-14th March at the Kent County Showground.

National Apprenticeship Week runs from 11th-15th March and aims to highlight the talents and skills of apprentices and raise the profile amongst individuals, teachers, parents and the media.

One of the UK’s largest childcare apprenticeships providers, Parenta Training (part of the Parenta Group) has approximately 1500 learners on their nationally recognised childcare courses at any one time.

The Kent born and bred organisation has gone from strength to strength in helping those who care for children.  Employing nearly 100 people, Parenta offers apprenticeships at Level 2 & 3, Management Level 5 qualification for the childcare workforce, along with a Foundation Level qualification in childcare for 16-18 year olds in mid-Kent.

‘Our apprenticeships can provide young people with the foundation they need to excel and the benefit to childcare providers is clear. We are able to place people in the childcare sector who we know to be experienced and competent,’ commented Nick Williams of Parenta.

With more childcare providers recognising the benefits an apprentice can bring to their business, they’ll also discover it’s a great way of nurturing talent and investing in their workforce.

To find out more about apprenticeships with Parenta Training, head to Kent Choices 4U Live at the Kent County Showground in Detling, 13th– 14th March 2013, where Parenta’s experienced and knowledgeable team can help you develop your career in childcare.
