Abacus Enterprise provides a centralised reporting interface which combines information from multiple settings for comparison and review.

Nursery managers have restricted access to their own version of Abacus offering all of the functionality of Abacus Professional and unique enterprise features.

With Enterprise, managing all your invoices across multiple settings becomes an easy task and avoids asking local managers to take time out from providing quality care. Abacus allows you to manage invoices centrally, with the ability to reconcile payments en-masse across multiple settings. You can also export to either Sage 100 or 200.

The ‘Group Reporting’ module is an extremely helpful resource that summarises key performance indicators including finances, staffing levels, occupancy and enquiry levels on a single dashboard. Reports can be run across all settings or by region and type:

If you use our intelligent fee collection service, the Group Reporting module will show all the money collected by direct debit and reconcile it back to the individual accounts.
