Abacus allows you to manage invoices centrally, with the ability to reconcile payments en-masse across multiple settings. You can also export to either Sage 100 or 200.
The ‘Group Reporting’ module is an extremely helpful resource that summarises key performance indicators including finances, staffing levels, occupancy and enquiry levels on a single dashboard.
If you use our nursery fee collection service, the Group Reporting module will show all the money collected by direct debit and reconcile it back to the individual accounts.
