My job involves travelling around the country, visiting childcare providers and arranging funding for their qualifications, to enable us to deliver our training courses. This recruitment process includes administering assessments for candidates and completing the relevant paperwork to access funding.
What do you enjoy within your role?
I enjoy being out on the road, meeting childcare practitioners and helping them enrol on their next childcare training course. My other favourite part of my job is being fortunate enough to work with a great team of enthusiastic, hard working and committed people. I’ve enjoyed playing a small part in Parenta’s growth over the last 4 years and look forward to being part of a successful team going forward.
Favourite childhood memory?
The memory that springs to mind is sitting in the driver’s seat of my Dad’s car (while it was parked in the garage!) lining up all my action figures on the back seat, and pretending to be driving them away on holiday. There’s probably more embarrassing memories but I’m not sharing them on here!
