Customer Care Advisor

Job type: Full Time/Part Time – Permanent.

Based in: Maidstone, Kent.

Salary/benefits: £16,000 and Private Health Insurance

Due to continued expansion throughout 2013 and into 2014, we are now looking for a high-quality Customer Care Advisor to assist our Customer Service Team, to provide outstanding care and support for Parenta’s range of products and services.

The role will involve first-line call handling, responding to customer queries within specified timeframes and providing training and support for Parenta’s software systems.

The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, an excellent telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.

A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.

The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Essential Requirements for the role:

  • 5 x GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Proven Customer Experience
