Details of the role:
Our Sales Department are looking for a committed and highly-driven Telesales Executive to assist our Sales Team, to follow up incoming leads and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling our products and services.
The role will involve establishing prospective customers/learners’ needs, defining which of Parenta’s training courses or services will be of benefit and booking appointments for the Training Recruiters to enrol learners onto courses. You will be expected to cold-call childcare providers to generate interest in funded courses.
The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.
The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
| Essential Requirements: | • GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C or above. |
| • Proven Telemarketing Experience | |
| • Excellent Telephone Manner |
