PARENT PORTAL
Helping you to meet Ofsted’s recommended ‘Parents as Partners’ objectives, Parent Portal is accessed through your nursery’s website and creates a 24/7 communication gateway between you and your parents. This allows them direct and secure access to stored data such as allergies, dietary and medical requirements, as well as contact numbers saved in your nursery management software. They can even review invoices and payments to understand exactly how their account stands in real time, allowing them to view a breakdown of sessions and print information out themselves.
Parents can login to view a read-only version of their child’s information and should they need information updated, they can use the ‘Communicate’ feature to highlight errors, request changes to be made or extra sessions to be added.
