We’re excited to be looking for an additional Regional Training Manager to join our team of managers who lead the childcare sectors most committed vocational training assessors.

We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference, working with us to deliver an industry leading experience as well as the highest completion rates in the sector.
You must have the drive, passion and experience to be able to hit the ground running. That means you must have at least 3 years’ experience successfully running a team of training assessors. You must also be a leader as well as a manager, demonstrating an impeccable professional attitude and a commitment to “right first time, every time”.
Experience and knowledge of the childcare sector is a pre-requisite as is an A1 award. You also need to be self-motivated, require minimal supervision and always be prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve our goals.
