Details of the role
Our Sales and Training departments are currently looking for a high-quality Training Advisor to provide information, advice and guidance on Parenta’s portfolio of courses.
The role will involve providing advice and guidance to prospective learners’ and childcare providers, defining which of Parenta’s courses will be most suitable and working with them to effectively manage the learner enrolment process.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar telephone based advisory role with experience of booking appointments and managing diaries.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.
The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
|Essential Requirements:||• 5 x GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths|
|• Proven customer service/sales experience|
