The NVQ childcare learning and development (CCLD) level 3 training course is suited for those already working in a childcare setting involving face-to-face roles with children and families, either supervising or working unsupervised.
The course is designed to help learners continue their childcare career development. Made up of nine units, the NVQ 3 CCLD consists of five mandatory subjects and four chosen over two groups. It is recommended that learners should have previously complete their childcare level 2 qualification.
As with all our training courses, our virtual classrooms and full assessor support give learners great flexibility to learn and qualify at their own pace, still maintaining their workload for providing quality childcare.
Upon completion of the NVQ 3 CCLD, the learner is qualified to work as a nursery officer and supervise others. The Childcare Level 3 is the equivalent of the NNEB, DCE or BTEC National Diploma.
