Let’s blow away
our competitors!
We have many competitors in our industry – either on the software-side or on the training-side – but we have NO competitors who can offer our customers what we can.
Have you ever asked yourself why Microsoft sells “Office” instead of selling Word, Excel or PowerPoint separately?
With our diverse product range all under our Parenta brand, we truly have the full solution to blow all our competitors away. This is a mind-set change of how we need to approach every conversation with every prospect, customer and colleague. We have a solution for every scenario…
What we need you to do this month please…

Please post them on the comments section of this page so that everyone can gain a better understanding of how we can improve our support for our customers and blow our competitors away!

A: Our experience in the industry tells us that providing training for your team at all levels definitely improves morale and reduces staff turnover. We can help with this.
Information on all our training courses can be found here – https://www.parenta.com/training-for-your-staff/ – together with details of how little you have to contribute to the government towards the cost, especially if your team is young and you’re a non-levy employer.

Scenario: I want to hire someone but I am not sure if they are eligible for the course and it is outside of office hours
Solution: Have a question form available for managers which goes through the full requirements (not just basic info) for the each course as we would ask on the phone. This would then determine if they were eligible. This could then be sent to a member of the sales team to call the next day to see if they would like to book in the enrollment. This would also save time with the sign up process potentially.
