Celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli will be creating menus for the Dizzy Ducks nursery chain that combines some culinary flair and nutritional value as well as training staff to create the meals.
Nikki, a staff member from the Billericay branch of Dizzy ducks has said
“Doing something like this makes us stand out from the crowd,”
“I think it is fantastic and we have already had a great response to the news.”
“We are always making sure that our chefs know how to put together a child-friendly and nutritious menu. Two members of staff including our chef will be going to the winter training course and I am trying to go as well because I think it will be a great opportunity.”
Being a mum of 2 Nikki has also expressed the need to encourage a healthy and varied diet from a young age;
“It is hugely important,”
“I have got two young boys myself and the more flavours we introduce them to at a young age the better.
“I am always trying to use garlic, chilli and fresh herbs in meals but some parents are not well informed, so I think getting involved in this we will really be able to help parents get their children eating healthier.”
Sian Nisbett, founder of the Dizzy Ducks chain is also excited about the new partnership
“We are thrilled to be partnering with such an acclaimed chef,” she said. “Our children are our priority, and we believe that exceptional nutrition puts them in the best possible position.”
“We wanted to take our existing nutritious menus to the next level. Jean-Christophe is the perfect partner to help us make healthy meals super-delicious.”
