Wrawby pre-school unveiled its £200,000 revamp, which sees the capacity of the setting increase from 15 to 26.
Work started last summer and was completed in February of this year. Nick Schimmel, former chairman who led the project, said:
“I am extremely grateful to North Lincolnshire Council and the parish council for their support without which this fantastic new building would not have been possible.”
“We are also extremely grateful to the school and head teacher Maz Potterton and the school governors for their continued support and help with what has been an exciting project.”
“I very much hope that the new building offers much greater opportunities to the children of Wrawby and the surrounding villages, as well as the wider community.”
Mrs Potterton added: “It’s great to see the plans come to life.”
“The fantastic new facilities on the school site that will further cement our commitment to working with the pre-school for the benefit of children of Wrawby and the surrounding villages for many years to come.”
