As a manager, I am humbled by the constant passion and commitment from staff, parents and of course our children.
Tiddlywinks opened in 1989 and was built by Graham and Sue Emeny with the support from family and dear friends.
I achieved my B.A.Hons in 2011 which empowered me to, as a very active Graduate Leader, develop not only my professional and personal progression but that of my staff and thus our setting, too.
My deputy achieved her Foundation Degree and alongside all of the staff worked at a very high level to provide an amazing oasis of learning and fun.
The key to our success, we feel, is dedication and passion to support our children in having a high level of engagement and wellbeing in all they attempt and experience on a daily basis. Having parents who are real partners, who support their children in their early years and take on board all we ask and offer.
Our ethos is to spread a little gold dust on every child in our setting every day, and as a manager to embrace the wonderful staff and network of support we have from our local community.
A big thank you to you all. Sue and Graham Emeny.
