Proud parents looked on as their youngsters graduated from nursery at an event hosted in a marquee in the Quinton House grounds.
With the Quinton House Lower School Choir and the little drummers bringing a musical note to the festivities, guests listened to a speech made by the head of the junior school, Katy Joiner, in which she presented a slideshow of the children during their time at nursery.
She said: “It was wonderful to see the children engaged in all sorts of activities, playing with friends, building, creating and discovering new things in the Forest School, documenting a snapshot of life in the nursery.”
Each of the nursery children was presented with a certificate and the pupils sang for their parents before lunch was served.
