Whytebeams Nursery School based in St John the Baptist Church Hall, Purley, has been rated Ofsted “outstanding” for a second time, nearly seven years later!
The report stated that staff are “highly motivated” and committed to “continuous enhancement” of the service provided.
Inspector Shaneic Simpson said that their teaching is “inspirational,” and that staff are “exemplary” role models, as well as having an “excellent and in-depth knowledge of how young children learn and develop.”
Nursery manager April Alderton has said, “We’re over the moon. I was confident we would do well because everything was in place and I knew the team had worked really hard to make sure everything was as good as it could be.
“It’s been quite a long time since our last Ofsted. We’ve been anticipating, waiting for them to come. We were very, very pleased.”
The oversubscribed nursery, of 65 children, has since been celebrating their outstanding status.
