Last week, staff and children at the Mon Ami Alford setting were celebrating receiving another ‘Outstanding’ grading from Ofsted. This is the second time Mon Ami have received an outstanding rating - their first being in 2009.
This latest rating takes Mon Ami’s total number of ‘Outstanding’ grades to six!
Its three nurseries are located in Boston, Swineshead and Alford, whilst the fourth, in Wragby, is yet to be inspected.
The report states how there is ‘strong effective management, well-qualified staff, creative and inspiring teaching, excellent progress in children’s learning and development and high quality of teaching’ in their Alford setting.
Samantha Britton owns the Mon Ami chain with husband Jarrod and has said: ““As well as thanking and paying tribute to our talented and dedicated staff, we would also like to thank our parents for taking the time to talk to the Ofsted inspector.”
