National Day Nurseries Association is asking all early years practitioners and managers to take part in its Workforce Survey 2016.
Findings will help NDNA to advise the Government on new policies to benefit the professional prospects of more than 230,000 people who work in full daycare in England.
Purnima Tanuku OBE, Chief Executive of NDNA, said: “The Department for Education is set to publish its early years workforce strategy in late autumn.
“NDNA needs latest facts, figures and insights to help shape this vision. Please make your voice heard and let us know about the issues that matter to you and your nursery.”
Two separate practitioner and manager surveys each have a prize draw – £50 in Hope Education vouchers for managers and £100 NDNA online training for practitioners.
Surveys close on Friday 2 September at 5pm so make your voice heard!
