We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection which took place on Thursday 20th July at our Watford Nursery.
We are proud to announce that we have achieved GOOD in all judgments. We have now been a GOOD nursery for ten years. Ofsted commented that “children feel secure and build trusting relationships with staff” and “children progress well in their learning and are eager to participate in activities which are planned for them” – an amazing achievement!
Ofsted noted that “Staff create a safe environment for children. The management and leadership team and staff are committed to providing good-quality care and learning for children. Staff know the strengths of the nursery and identify where to develop the provision further”. The inspection commends our caring and capable team and strong leadership and management, congratulations Nicola and everyone at Watford nursery!
Natasha Kirby, Director, commented “This is a fantastic result for the whole team. We are passionate about what we do and to have this recognised by Ofsted during our tenth year is a huge reward for everyone involved. I couldn’t be prouder of the team and the lengths they go to daily to nurture and develop every individual child we look after. We really are your local #expertsinchildcare”.
