The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, learners and all those whom we come into contact with within the early years industry are of paramount importance and our priority.
To limit the impact on our learners and employers, our training delivery team are busy scheduling sessions remotely via video calls, telephone calls and booking virtual classroom sessions for teaching and learning as well as functional skills support.
All software training will continue to be done remotely.
During this very unsettling time we ask employers to continue supporting their learners within their settings to ensure the disruption to their apprenticeship is minimal, whilst still complying with the ESFA and Ofsted regulations. This includes ensuring the learner responds to our assessors and commits to allocating the time to participate in these teaching and learning sessions.
We are working very hard to deliver the same high level of customer service as always, to ensure we can minimise the impact on our support to our training, website and software customers.
We would like to reassure you that we are here to help you during these unprecedented difficult times and reiterate that our office telephone lines and email responses will be managed in exactly the same way as always.
