A simple and delicious smoothie, packed full of spinach which is high in folate. This can be beneficial for memory and concentration alongside the flavonoids in the blueberries, which may help to cleanse the body, keeping the brain active and healthy.
Ingredients:
- Small handful of spinach
- 2 handfuls of frozen/fresh blueberries
- ½ banana
- ¼ avocado
- Cup of oat milk/coconut water
- Handful of ice cubes/water depending on thickness
Method:
- Put the ingredients into a blender/Nutribullet and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour into a glass
