Last Friday (13th May), the Parenta ‘family’ came together for a long overdue reunion. Over 100 employees of all job titles and years of service, from across the UK and even as far as Singapore, descended upon Kent, to attend the first companywide coaching day since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
As the UK’s only “everything under one roof” solutions provider to the early years sector, it was somewhat ironic to now be able to have ‘everyone under one roof’, with one common objective on everyone’s mind – “how can we inspire and change children’s lives through the services we provide to our community of learners, employers, and customers?”
From senior leadership talks, to getting back to the basics; answering the 3 W’s – Who are we, What do we do, and Why do we do it – it was clear: at Parenta, we change children’s lives.
