We have been using Parenta for over 10 years now and find the system very good. We have added Dayshare and Footsteps and found them a really useful tool. All the staff at the helpline are amazing and any problems/queries are sorted straight away.
Well, what can I say about our Rosie? Was she sat there in her PJs and dressing gown, yawning down the phone, sounding like she had just woken up? Not at all. She was her usual bubbly self. Always happy to help an old girl who clearly had a mental block on how to use Footsteps reports. She was upbeat and showed a caring side by asking if we were keeping safe and how we were coping. Just checking in on how we were personally showed the compassion and empathy she has for Parenta’s clients. A first class, professional, fun, jolly call with Rosie had set me up for the rest of my day. Thank you everyone on the customer service team for being so fabulous and helping old girls like me to continue to do my job too. The distance you travelled and time you spent with us were such a good investment as the Parenta system has instantly solved my dilemma. We are very excited about the system and can`t wait to get started with it. It will solve so many admin issues and makes for a much more professional service and will save us so much time and effort.
