Throughout my whole course I have received all the assistance and the support that I needed to accomplish it successfully. This is largely thanks to my tutor Tina who has always been here for me. She always answered my questions straight away and made all of the learning so much more interesting… Even when she was moving and that I was waiting for my new tutor to contact me Tina kept on looking after me, marking my assignment and encouraging me in my progress… Thank you so much for everything.

Tina Butler is a very competent assessor who supports her candidates to the end of their course. Giving them extra help if needed and getting to know them and what is needed from each candidate. A caring professional.

I have recently passed my Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s Workplace EYE (RQF). I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jeanette Arnold for her calm and relaxed manner in which she guided me through the course. I found it challenging during these extraordinary times, obviously during COVID-19, I was unable to be taught face to face, but with the professionalism, clarity and well laid out tasks of Jeanette, I managed to get through. Whenever I spoke to Jeanette for queries, I felt confident and at ease, which you will see from my feedback recordings. Again, many thanks to Parenta, but especially Jeanette, who is a true asset to your company in these very unprecedented and difficult times.
