Our Sales Department are looking for a committed and highly driven Business Development Manager who will demonstrate Parenta’s portfolio of products and services to new and existing customers, converting interest into sales. You will need to be conscientious, possess outstanding people skills, have the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
The role will involve establishing prospective customers’ needs, defining which of Parenta’s products or services will be of benefit to their business, demonstrating the products or services and closing sales via online and face to face meetings.
The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, the ability to work under pressure with a background in working to targets.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.
The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Essential Requirements for the role:
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Proven Sales Experience
- Full UK Driving licence
