Regional Training Manager

Job type: Full Time / Permanent

Locations: Based at Head Office, Kent with national coverage. With regular travel to local childcare settings and regions.

We are now looking for a high-quality Training Manager to manage a team of assessors and help develop the training business.

The role will involve managing a team of assessors to ensure the highest possible level of timely completions and developing the business as part of the Management Team.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing people along with experience of the commercial aspects of a childcare business.

You will need to be conscientious and capable of organising your own workload. You will need to be IT literate although full training on our online training system will be provided.

The role has the potential to develop for the right applicants, as you will be given the freedom to contribute your own ideas and take on extra responsibilities if desired.

Essential Requirements for the role:

  • A1 Award (or equivalent)
  • V1 Award

NVQ L4 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare
