We are now looking for additional high-quality Recruitment Executives to assist our Sales Team. The role will involve placing applicants into childcare settings and providing information on our products and services as well as identifying opportunities for up selling or cross-selling these products and services.
Additionally the role will involve establishing prospective customers’ needs, defining which of Parenta’s products or services will be of benefit, booking appointments for sales consultants to sell the product or service. You will be expected to cold call childcare providers to generate interest in recruiting an Apprentice.
The role will include management of the Parenta Job Board; ensuring employers are aware of our offering and are account managed once an ad is placed.
The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
