We are looking to recruit Regional Childcare Assessors for the Home Counties. This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Child Care industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.
The role will involve responsibility for a cohort of learners, within their own workplaces, and enabling each individual to achieve their qualification in an allotted time frame, by assessing, supporting and guiding them, using a range of methods.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the team’s success.
- A1 Award (or equivalent)
- NVQ L3+ qualification (or equivalent) in childcare
- Previous assessing experience
- IT Literate
