Parenta are the largest supplier of management solutions to the £5BN UK childcare industry, supplying an innovative range of software-based management, marketing and training services.
Due to continued expansion, we are now looking for a high-quality Customer Care Executive to assist our Customer Service Team, to provide outstanding care and support for Parenta’s range of products and services.
The role will involve first-line call handling, responding to customer queries within specified timeframes and providing training and support for Parenta’s software systems.
The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, an excellent telephone manner, problem solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.
The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Previous experience in providing first line support to customers would be advantageous.
Essential Requirements for the role:
- 5 x GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Proven Customer Service/IT Support Experience
- Excellent Telephone Manner
