Introducing Guest Author: Caitlin Bray
Caitlin Bray is the Nursery Manager for Grass Roots Day Nursery, which has two settings near Halifax, West Yorkshire, and is the PVI partner of the St Edmund’s Early Years Stronger Practice Hub.
She is also a director of their sister community interest company, Grassroots CIC.
Caitlin works as a research assistant and hub coordinator for the Early Years Employment Research Hub, whose projects focus on workforce sustainability and sector reform. She has co-authored an article for the BERA blog on early years advocacy.
