Introducing Guest Author: Tracie Butterfill

As the National Lead for Early Years (PVI and Childminders) and Families at Twinkl Education Publishing, and with 30+ years' experience in early childhood education, Tracie has gained Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), holds a BA in Early Childhood Studies, and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Tracie is dedicated to improving outcomes for all children. Previous roles include Regional Trainer, Programme Manager, HE Lecturer, School Trustee, LA Early Years Advisor, and various PVI, school-based nursery and nannying positions.

Passionate about supporting early years educators through reflective practice, professional development, and high-quality inclusive provision, to ensure every child gets the best start in life.
