Plan terms
The key points to know before you choose.
- Prices and discounts
- All prices are per month and exclude VAT. Charities, childminders and small settings receive 20% off. Paying annually saves a further 10%, and the two discounts can be combined.
- Fixed price plans
- Platinum and Gold prices are fixed for the full contract length. We'll contact you 3 months before your contract ends to discuss renewal.
- Annual price review
- Silver and Bronze prices are reviewed each year. We'll always tell you about any change in advance of the date it takes effect.
- Support hours
- Our working hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Our 1 working hour response time is measured within these hours.
- Bronze training sessions
- Bronze includes one 1-2-1 virtual training session per month. Additional sessions may incur an extra charge.
- Parenta Pay
- Set-up is free on every plan. A transaction cost of 1% applies to each collection.
