As part of the EYFS all accidents and injuries to a child, in your care, must be recorded and must include any first aid administered to the child. Our accident form is fully editable and comes with a full diagram of the human body, to indicate where the injury has taken place, a section to explain what/how this happened and it can be easily shared with the parent/carer (and other organisation’s if necessary).
