Due to continued expansion throughout 2013 and into 2014, we are now looking for a high-quality Telesales Executive to assist our Sales Team. The role will involve following up incoming leads and providing information on our products and services as well as identifying opportunities for up selling or cross-selling these products and services.
Additionally the role will involve establishing prospective customers’ needs, defining which of Parenta’s products or services will be of benefit, booking appointments for sales consultants to sell the product or service. You will be expected to cold call childcare providers to generate interest in funded training courses.
The successful candidate will have outstanding people skills, the ability to work under pressure and a cheerful, positive attitude.
A conscientious individual, the chosen candidate will understand the importance of their role within the smooth-running of the team, and how the quality of their own work will affect the success of the whole organisation.
The chosen individual will need to be IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Essential Requirements for the role:
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Proven Telesales Experience
