Details of the role

To provide administration support to the training team as required.

  • Follow internal processes for administration ensuring the workload of the Assessing team is kept to a minimum
  • Maintain the Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely input
  • Register learners on the E-portfolio system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure Learner files are kept up to date and in accurate order
  • Maintain Assessor/Coach diaries to ensure information is recorded accurately
  • Act as invigilator for exams on the company premises, or on occasion at other settings in Kent area
