Learners earning below the threshold – set at £25,000 annually – or those unemployed can access fully-funded courses:
- Up to and including Level 2.
- Level 3 FCFJ entitlements.
Those earning above the threshold and exceeding entitlement criteria may be required to use a loan or co-funding model
