The EPA consists of a 50-minute in-person observation of you working in ratio, followed by a 30-minute Q&A, plus a professional discussion covering the knowledge, skills and behaviours you’ve developed. You have 3 months after Gateway to complete it, with mock assessments provided beforehand.
