Your End Point Assessment (EPA) follows the 12-month main course and Gateway preparation stage. It consists of a direct observation of your skills, knowledge and behaviours in your setting, plus a professional discussion with an assessor, both supported by the portfolio of evidence you’ve built throughout the apprenticeship.
